Energy Healing

Energy healing utilizing Reiki, Healing Touch, and intuitive wellness facilitation is a great way to bring yourself out of the mud into the light of fullness, just like the lotus.

Reiki is a subtle yet powerfully effective Japanese system of natural healing using spiritually guided life force energy. Each treatment creates a timeless experience that nourishes your body, connects you with your heart, and revitalizes your mind. Reiki truly is “the secret art of inviting happiness; the miraculous medicine for all disease,” as described by its founder, Sensai Mikao Usui.

While the recipient lies fully clothed on the treatment table, the practitioner allows energy to flow in a particular pattern to heal and harmonize. Based on the premise of the human energy field, Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become weak or unbalanced. It is the recipient who draws in energy as needed. Thus, the individual receiving Reiki takes an active part in his or her own healing process.

Reiki has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of lifeforce energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the entire being.

Your session incorporates those techniques which I am guided to use in consultation and union with each client. Treatments last 1 to 1½ hours. Sessions are by appointment at the Touch of Reiki Studio in South Salem, NY or TLC in Norwalk, CT.

Remote healing is also available – worldwide – for clients, their loved ones, and those in need who cannot be physically present. Distant Reiki treatments are very effective. It is not necessary, but advisable to set an appointed time to lie down and relax for your treatment. Afterwards you will receive a recap of the treatment.   

You can expect to feel relaxed, refreshed, energized, a lack of pain, sense of renewed faith and wellbeing.

Reiki

Chakras are energy vortexes that take in, absorb and transform life force energy. They have been described as the entry gates to the Aura. An imbalance in the Chakra system can affect a person's physical, emotional and spiritual state. Cleansing the Aura and balancing the Chakras can re-energize the client and help him/her release energy blockages, which may have been responsible for health issues or emotional distress.

Healing Touch
Like Reiki, Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that works with the energy field to support your natural ability to heal.  It is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care.

Karuna Reiki®
Karuna is a Sanskrit word meaning “compassionate action.” It is a system of energy healing that opens you to connect with divine knowledge and healing on a spiritual level.

Crystal Energy Balancing
